In 2016, the first single-group espresso machine of EOS was born, with the design concept inspired by the Titanium Interceptor Fighter.
It adopts the classic E61 brewing head and is equipped with dual boilers and PID temperature control.

The EOS Interceptor combines outstanding design and brewing capabilities.

Over the course of three years from 2017 to 2019, EOS withstood the scrutiny of multiple trade shows and exhibitions.

We demonstrated the powerful brewing capability of two EOS Interceptor machines by brewing three hundred cups of latte and americano in just three hours.

The manual E61 brewing head allows for natural water pressure pre-infusion, increasing the flexibility of brewing espresso.

PID temperature control allows for easy adjustment of brewing water temperature, optimizing espresso flavor.

The airplane thrust_lever-style steam and hot water switch allows for quicker and easier use.

The brewing boiler has a capacity of 2L, and the heating element has a power rating of 1000W, allowing for quick reheating and stable temperature control.

The steam and hot water boilers have a capacity of 3L and are powered by a 2,000 W heating element, providing strong steam pressure and ample hot water supply.

Multiple color options, and the back panel can be customized with a perforated pattern.
The entire machine frame and outer shell are made of 304 stainless steel.

All major components are imported from Italy, commercial-grade Italian espresso machine parts, so you don't have to worry about it becoming an orphaned machine.
